Hi, I’m Luke, a personal trainer who genuinely loves what I do. Whether your goals are general health and wellness, fat loss, athletic performance, or even return-to-sport protocols, I’m here towalk that journey with you every step of the way. I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 5 years, working with clients ranging from 8 to 85 years old.

While I specialize in athletic performance, my experience is diverse. I’ve trained NFL athlete Alex Barrett, worked with NFL coach Jim Mora, and also coached elementary and middle school students on the fundamentals of movement and fitness.

Michael Haumesser has been a Strength and Conditioning coach and Personal trainer since 2014. He has experience working with youth to professional athletes, Olympic caliber athletes, business professionals, novice gym goers, experienced weightlifters, and everyone in between.

He believes that exercise is extremely important to improving physica lhealth and becoming an overall more resilient person. As a professional strength and conditioning coach, Michael’s goal is to help guide people to become the highest performing version of themselves through properresistance training and sustainable lifestyle choices.
